    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated upon delivery in addition to the item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

    EXCHANGES

    Every article purchased goes through necessary quality control prior to shipping disqualifying any damaged item.
    However, we offer an even exchange or store credit for unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items.

    RETURNS

    Please send us an email at customercare@leoricci.com.

    Your returned item must arrive at the LEORICCI warehouse no later than 14 days after your order date. 

    Every item shipped follows a thorough quality control, and we take photos of each piece purchased prior to shipment. 

    Items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached with its original packaging. If an item has a LEORICCI security tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position, unsealed, & untempered with.

    Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

    Once your return has been received and accepted by our service & quality team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

    While we offer free standard ground shipping on all US orders returns, other shipping methods cost won’t be included in your refund. For international orders, taxes and duties are non-refundable through LEORICCI. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

    Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once your refund has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout. If you have not received an email within 7 business days of us receiving the package please contact our customer service team at customercare@leoricci.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you. The refund does process in our systems for roughly 3-5 business days. In turn the rest of the processing time is up to your bank. 

    Items bought on LEORICCI.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the order date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

    Please note that all Sale, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale.

    Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for an exchange and place a new order for the style preferred. Exchange shipping will be paid by the customer.

    Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods.

    If LEORICCI™ determines that any products are not in original condition, an exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

    A: Free Standard Ground Shipping! You are more than welcome to choose faster shipping methods with the lowest rates directly calculated by DHL & USPS.

    Q: DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

    A: Yes! We offer local delivery within a 10 miles radius of our Los Angeles location. The item will be delivered to you within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send us an email to customercare@leoricci.com if you need your items the very same day. We charge a standard rate of $24.99 for expedited local deliveries. 

    Q: ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE MY SIZE AGAIN?

    A: Our collections offers a wide variety of unique styles with extremely limited inventory. Most of the time, we produce a set of 4 of each size we offer (34/XS-36/S-38/M-40/L-40/L+[XL]) of a specific design. We are not a fast fashion company & we do not do mass production. This makes our prices the most competitive for a designer fashion label who offers original designs.

    Q: CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO BUY LATER?

    A: We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are very limited, we don't offer reservations.

    Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

    A: We ship worldwide! International shipping roughly takes 3-5 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.

    Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    A: Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information.  Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS or DHL.

    Q: WHAT ARE THE RISK AND TITLE UPON DELIVERY?

    A: The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery, whichever event occurs later in time.

    Q: I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?

    A: If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is likely out of stock. We understand how frustrating this can be so it is likely your favorite items may restock or be replaced them with a similar style. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter in the pop up or on the bottom of each page where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.

    We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation; and we reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion.

    If you have chosen the Pick-up In Store option, we reserve the right to subsequently notify you that the product(s) you have ordered are not available for the Pick-up In Store option; in such a case, you will be required to elect an alternate delivery method.

    Q: WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS?

    A: All sale items are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. All Swimwear, Intimates, and accessories are a final sale.

    In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition we're sorry! Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
